3rd Annual Golf Tournament at The Falls Golf Club
We will keep COVID-19 safety measures in mind and some changes might be put in place, but we will have the tournament.

- Single Player $125 (provide your Team Name)
- Team $500 (provide 4 player names, Team Name and Team Captain’s phone number)

- Hole Sponsor $100 – includes shared SIGN at a hole (provide Company Name or Personal Message)
- Tent Sponsor $150 – includes TENT and SIGN at a premier hole & dinner for 2 following game (provide Company Name)
- Lunch Sponsor $600 (provide Company Name)
- Drink Sponsor $500 (provide Company Name)
- Team Sponsor $500 (submit your Team Name)
