We will have four special guests from the LPGA Legends:
Jane Crafter,  Janet Anderson,  Danielle  Ammaccapane,  Annie Marie Palli

Registration 11:30

Lunch 12:00-1:00 (2 drink tickets per golfer)

Shotgun start: 1:00 PM

• Single Player $125 (provide your Team Name)
• Team $500 (provide 4 player names, Team Name and Team Captain’s phone number)

• Hole Sponsor $100 – includes shared SIGN at a hole (provide Company Name or Personal Message)
• Tent Sponsor $150 – includes TENT and SIGN at a premier hole & dinner for 2 following game (provide Company Name)

• Drink Sponsor $1500 (provide Company Name)
• Team Sponsor $500 (submit your Team Name)
